To reproduce:

Spawn a minecart at Natsuha Harbor on Line 5 towards Plain Harbor.
Attempt to spawn a minecart at Natsuha Harbor on Line 6 towards Shan Hai Village. It doesn't work because the minecart detection range for that dispenser is TOO BIG!

Note: This issue does not occur on the other side of the station or on Line 9.

Confirmed as a minor issue.

Seems that cart dispensers across many RoFT stations have similar issues, especially for stacked platforms in transfer stations.

This has been a known issue for years, but I considered it as a minor issue and put it in a very low priority.
For another example, Line 4 Sunflower Harbor has the same issue as well.
To fix this issue, I will have to first check all of the transfer stations throughout the map.
