Renamed the old channel (the archived one) to #mirror-germany-2023.
- We had a mirror server at Germany data center hosted by ZymSB last year, but it's then suspended.
- Just about a month ago MCExpress hosted another mirror server at UK, but it was later moved to Germany as well.
- So these two mirror servers at Germany are different ones. We renamed the old one to avoid confusion.
