Both #c02a and #c02b have slowmode now, but since not everyone wants to get involved in those channels, I suggest making those opt-in. With that feature, many members won't have to see what's happening in those channels when they definitely don't want to. Even though Discord Browse Channels now exist, this is just to make sure.
