Turns out to be a DUPLICATE of Bug#63.
Found two LRT minecarts placed onto (3496, 96, 401) and (4346, 96, 401), respectively, and it'll block out the commands that brakes the in-operation BulletCarts.
On MainBeta server I've removed the two minecarts just now.
For future bug reports, please make sure to also write these phenomenons in the posts to help identifying the root cause quickly. Do NOT try to make it more confusing on purpose. Thx 🙏
