flashteens RESOLVED by adding manual signs "CLICK TO RESTORE" as a workaround. Root cause seems to be some timing issues between the observer and the cakeāair block transition. It occurs occasionally, though we can't still figure out what condition makes it happen. Therefore I resolved this issue by the workaround. Will be applied upon the next Beta server update.
